A Consistency Analysis of Electromagnetic Interference from Memory Components on High-Speed Digital Circuit Board

This paper aims to verify an EMI simulating method for memory components. Using ANSYS SIwave and Designer software to establish an EMI near-field simulation for memory components. An EMI near-field measurement system is set by integrating a shielded room, a laptop, and a near-field probe. Correlation analysis is performed between the near-field simulation and measurement result, to verify the consistency of the experiment.
