Analysis and Research on the Differences of Coding Standards for Power Plant Designation Systems

To promote the application of power plant designation systems in nuclear power projects, based on the content of the new and old versions of the national standard “Coding Standards for Power Plant Designation Systems”, this paper compares the differences in rules between RDS-PP coding and KKS coding, analyzes the applicability, advantages and disadvantages of the new version of the coding standard, proposes comparative conclusions, and briefly analyzes the impact of the new version of the coding standard for power plant designation systems on relevant power plant engineering design work in combination with engineering design content. At the same time, it provides reference for project application and implementation.
