Precise Localization of Rapid Instantaneous State of Polarization Fluctuations over FPGA

We demonstrate an improved method employing an optical supervisory channel over FPGA, achieving precise localization of state of polarization variations across a wide frequency range with an accuracy of less than 300 meters.
