Experimental Demonstration of Alamouti coded 200-Gbps/λ Coherent PON Transmission Enabled by Polar Coded Truncated Probabilistic Shaped 64-QAM

An Alamouti coded $200-\mathrm{Gbps} / \lambda$ coherent PON downstream is achieved with $32-\mathrm{dB}$ and $29-\mathrm{dB}$ power budget under optical-back-to-back and $20-\mathrm{km}$ cases respectively enabled by polar coded truncated probabilistic shaped 64-QAM scheme with $40-\mathrm{GHz}$ signal bandwidth.
