Low-cost and Power-efficient EEPN Mitigation Enabled by Accurate Jitter Waveform Estimation

Jitter waveform induced by equalization-enhanced phase noise is accurately estimated from the low-cost and power-efficient measurement of LO laser instant frequency. With the jitter mitigation using existing DSP functions, the tolerable chromatic dispersion improves 70%.
