Broadband and Low-Crosstalk 2×2 Electro-Optic Switch via Micro-Transfer Printing TFLN on Si3N4

We demonstrate a $2 \times 2$ electro-optic switch based on cascaded $1 \times 2$ MZIs via microtransfer printing TFLN on the $\mathrm{Si}_{3} \mathrm{~N}_{4}$, showing a $3-\mathrm{dB}$ bandwidth of $\gt 100 \mathrm{~nm}$, crosstalk of $\lt -45 \mathrm{~dB}$, and response time of $\lt 3 \mathrm{~ns}$.
