167Gbps 1×16 Programmable Visible Light Optical Switching for Data Center Optical Interconnects

We propose a flexible data center interconnect technology, achieving $1 \times 1$ to $1 \times 16$ optical switching through $4 \times 4$ array receiver. Experiments demonstrate a single-channel communication rate of 10.48 Gbps, with a total system throughput of 167 Gbps.
