Electrically-Tunable and Power-Efficient Silicon Nitride Optical Parametric Oscillator

We present an integrated silicon nitride optical parametric oscillator that achieves a broad signal/idler tuning range ($\gt5 \mathrm{THz}$) and high power conversion efficiency ($\gt 25 \%$), utilizing an electrically reconfigurable photonic crystal micro-ring resonator.
