Ultra-Wideband, Flat-Top, 100 GHz Spacing Quantum-Dot Comb Laser for CW-WDM Data Transmission in O-Band

We present a 24-channel, continuous-wave O-band quantum-dot comb laser with 100 GHz spacing, $-133 \text{dB} / \text{Hz}$ averaged RIN (in $0-10 \text{GHz}$ range) per channel, and 40 mW total power. $106 \text{Gb} / \text{s} /$ channel PAM4 transmission is verified with BER below the KP4 FEC limit.
