Demonstrated High-Frame-Rate Real-Time 4D Imaging of Optical Phased Array Solid-State LiDAR System

We present a silicon-based OPA all-solid-state LiDAR system that achieves real-time 4D imaging. The system achieved a 40 kHz LiDAR point frequency and demonstrated real-time 4D imaging up to 30 frames per second.
