Data Acquisition from Microcontrollers and Their Publication Through AWS-IoT

The work presents the advantages of the using of Internet of Things and Amazon Web Services facilities for remote control and supervise some devices. In this context, it is shown a modern method of acquiring and monitoring data, measured with the help of sensors, data that are processed by a microcontroller, displayed on a mini-display LCD and then published on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform with the help of the Internet of Things (IoT) concept. For the practical implementation of the data acquisition and monitoring system, a humidity and temperature sensor, connected to a RaspberryPi board was used.
