Real time simulation modeling of binary LC based on T-type inverter

The electronic power modeling and Simulation of T-type three-level three-phase inverter is widely used in the field of motor drive. Its model accuracy and calculation efficiency can directly affect the reliability of motor control system. In the previous studies, the switches were mostly switched by the two steady-state processes of on-off and on-off, ignoring the transient process in the high-frequency switching process of IGBT in the T-type three-level three-phase inverter circuit, which affected the real-time simulation accuracy of the circuit. Based on this situation, a binary LC real-time modeling method is proposed. Firstly, the simulation model is built in matlab/simulink, and then the binary LC modeling method is used to carry out the real-time simulation modeling of the circuit, and the backward Euler numerical integration algorithm is used to solve it. The waveform comparison and data analysis between the simulation results of the established inverter circuit model and the simulation results of the model built in Simulink prove the applicability and accuracy of the modeling method.
