Synchronous control of multiple motors based on deviation coupling

With the increasing demand for precision in multi-motor cooperative control in industrial automation, traditional methods exhibit insufficient synchronization accuracy and weak disturbance rejection capability under dynamic disturbances. This study proposes an improved speed compensator based on a deviation coupling control structure for multi-permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) systems. By integrating extremum modules to dynamically regulate the coupling relationships between motors, the method optimizes speed compensation performance during sudden load changes. A simulation model of a three-PMSM control system was developed in the MATLAB/Simulink environment. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed approach significantly improves synchronization accuracy and disturbance rejection capability while reducing dynamic response time. The research provides theoretical support for high-precision multi-motor cooperative control and practical implications for industrial automation applications.
