Performance Testing and Optimization of Intelligent Vehicle Emergency Call System

With the rapid development of intelligent transportation systems (ITS), the vehicle emergency call system (eCall) has become a key technology for enhancing road safety and emergency response capabilities. This paper presents a comprehensive performance test and analysis of the eCall system, focusing on its positioning accuracy, signal transmission efficiency, cold start time, and system stability under various environmental conditions. The results indicate that although the eCall system performs well in complex environments, there is still room for improvement. Based on the test results, a series of targeted optimization suggestions are proposed to further enhance the system's reliability and practicality. These suggestions not only provide important references for the development and improvement of eCall systems but also support the standardization and regulation of intelligent transportation systems.
