Design and Implementation of WeChat Applet Networking Software for IOT Devices

With the rapid development of Internet of Things (IOT) technology, various types of devices are showing a trend of diversification and widespread application. These devices usually require a network connection to function properly. Some devices are equipped with display screens that can connect by scanning Wi-Fi, while "headless" devices require programming to add or change Wi-Fi information, making the operation more complex. To address this issue, we have developed a lightweight WeChat mini program application that communicates with IOT devices by connecting their Wi-Fi module or BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) module, sending them a Wi-Fi account and password. This provides a visual user interface and avoids the tedious code input process. This application simplifies the connection process of IOT devices, enhances operational convenience and user experience.
