Day-Ahead Low-Carbon Economic Optimal Scheduling in Distribution Station Area Considering Flexible Load Aggregation and Regulation

Aiming at the severe test of increased load randomness and volatility and intensified peak-valley difference faced by the distribution station area under the background of high proportion of distributed photovoltaic(PV) access and rapid development of new types of loads, this paper puts forward a low-carbon and economic optimal scheduling strategy before the day of consideration of flexible load aggregation and regulation. Firstly, based on the operational security constraints and carbon emission constraints, we evaluate the load regulation demand of the distribution platform area and the adjustable potential of flexible resources to realize the demand-potential matching; secondly, we establish the optimal dispatch model before the day of consideration of the cost-benefit analysis, so as to realize the economic and low-carbon operation; and lastly, we validate the validity of this paper through the simulation of the calculation examples.
