A Comprehensive Multi-Disease Classification and Recommendation System: Towards Predictive Healthcare and Preventive Solutions

Early detection and proper treatment of multiple diseases are key points for the improvement of patient outcomes while reducing health care costs. Therefore, this paper presents a concept of machine learning-based multiclass disease classification system to diagnose seven important health conditions diabetes, heart disease, breast cancer, chronic kidney disease, liver disease, malaria, and pneumonia. By exploiting rich datasets and customized algorithms coupled with sophisticated techniques in feature engineering, the system enables high accuracy of diagnosis while finding key patterns within different disease profiles. It also includes a recommendation module combined with prevention by offering unique precautionary advice, health recommendations, and therapeutic remedy to each condition; hence the patients and healthcare practitioners are equipped to manage disease more efficiently. Our findings demonstrate that combining accurate predictive models with actionable healthcare guidance offers a promising pathway for holistic and proactive disease management. This research highlights the transformative potential of AI-driven multi-disease classification systems in fostering preventive care and personalized treatment strategies.
