They provide relevant insights, like personalized hydration reminders so that users drink enough water for healthy skin and body. This proactivity enables the person to improve their self-management in terms of daily health. This system is an innovative new addition with skin hydration sensors, measuring levels of moisture and offering personalized advice to help maintain ample water intake for skin health and overall wellness. Yet it has its own battles to fight: making sure its data is secure, keeping it cost-effective, and making sure its systems consistently deliver accurate results. This paper covers the key technical architecture, some possible applications, and the future of mirror-based health monitoring systems, presenting the possibility of transformation of personalized healthcare and wellness.
