Analysis of Power Supply Reliability for Key Industrial Customers with Differentiated Power Quality Requirements

With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the requirements of users for power supply reliability are also increasing, and the interruption or instability of power supply, even for a short moment, may bring serious impacts to users. Different types of customers have very different requirements for power supply reliability due to their unique production and operation modes, characteristics of power equipment, and sensitivity to power interruptions. This dissertation proposes an innovative approach to enhance power supply reliability through a differentiated strategy that considers the specific needs of customers. The study introduces a dynamic resilience-coupled reliability assessment model that combines grid-side resilience, tolerance of customer-sensitive equipment, and dynamic interactions. User profiling using a large-scale language model helps to customize power supply strategies to meet different reliability needs, thereby improving user satisfaction and service quality.
