Modeling and Simulation of Five Phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

In response to the simulation modeling problem of five phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM), starting from vector space theory, a mathematical model of the five phase PMSM was established using Park transform on the basis of two phase stationary and synchronous rotating coordinate system. The simulation results verified the effectiveness of the method. The conclusion can provide a basis for the research of multiphase motor control strategies.
