Future of Quantum Dots in Displays and Beyond

The advantages of quantum dots (QDs) in displays have still yet to be fully realized. Even though QDs have found a solid footing in modern display technology, enhancing both OLED and LCD technology, there is still room for growth. This chapter discusses the current and future applications of QDs in displays, focusing on areas where QD properties can still be improved and the changes we might expect in the future. Significant untapped potential means that the innovation with QDs has only just begun.
