Model of Perceptron for Number of Photons in a Theory of Quantum RC-Circuit

Based at the quantization of LC circuit, this paper has developed an similar theory for RC circuit but essentially based at a basic scheme of perceptron. Thus, the classical energy of a RC circuit was directly confronted to quantum mechanics harmonic oscillator. Because of this, the well-known annihilation and creation operators have had to be redefined because the redefinition of RC circuit in terms of quantum mechanics observables. With this general polynomial function was introduced and whose role was that of model the input of perceptron. Aside a constant weight was also assigned.
