A Large-Scale Constellation Distributed TT&C Mission Scheduling Method and Intelligent Automatic Management System

With the rapid advancement of large-scale constellation construction, the newly added TT &C demands of scaled constellations, based on existing on-orbit satellite Telemetry, Tracking and Command (TT &C) mission, present significant challenges to current ground station network resources and working models. There is a pressing need to establish a new intelligent TT &C management system capable of supporting massive data transmission and processing, large-scale complex task scheduling, and highly autonomous implementation of TT &C tasks. This paper proposes a distributed ground TT &C management system, transforming the original single-center radiating TT &C management system into an execution framework composed of multiple sub-networks responsible for TT &C tasks, organized in a partitioned and globally coordinated manner. By automatically partitioning TT &C tasks, balancing distribution based on task categories, and enabling autonomous scheduling within regions, the challenges of ultra-large-scale computational coordination and massive data access and processing are decomposed into multiple smaller-scale problems, thereby reducing the complexity of engineering implementation. Based on this design, a distributed TT &C collaborative software system is developed, achieving a highly automated TT &C task management system. This approach enhances the TT &C management capabilities for large-scale constellations through both large-scale dynamic task scheduling management and intelligent system development.
