IOT based Sensing and Tracking System using Thingspeak Cloud

The use of sensors for remote monitoring of surrounding parameters by integrating IOT (Internet of Things) is emerging and is apprise. This collection of sensors is called a node which guide for sensing of ongoing real-time data wirelessly. The node data is forwarded across the cloud network thru an internet connection at separate intervals of 20 minutes each. The proposed model encompasses of an ‘ThingSpeak’ IOT based web service with cloud platform. This internet service is open API (Application Programming Interface) services which behave as a provider for the diversity of nodes to keep track of the data sensed in sequence at cloud level in a slotted array format. The major model consists of a ATmega328P microcontroller board and Wi-Fi Unit-ESP8266 which supports the complete procedure to pass on the data sensed to the Cloud Platform-ThingSpeak.
