Research and Development and Application of the Intelligent Ring Network Cabinet Technology of the Internet of Things

In view of the intelligent ring network cabinet line casing and cable conductor contact, casing quality defects, separable connector quality defects, this paper proposed four design schemes, including high-precision sensing technology for online monitoring, intelligent terminal design based on 5G and Internet of Things (IoT) technology, integration design of permanent magnet mechanism and circuit breaker, and miniaturized cabinet composite insulation design. These schemes address the inadequacies of traditional distribution networks in terms of line monitoring, overcurrent relay protection, and fault isolation technology. By optimizing the structure of the permanent magnet mechanism and circuit breaker integration, this work have achieved rapid opening and closing operations of the circuit breaker, thereby enhancing the reliability and stability of the equipment and providing strong support for the efficient operation of intelligent ring network cabinets. Additionally, the design features miniaturization, high reliability, and environmental friendliness.
