Research on launch site ground safety control strategy and algorithm based on on-orbit spacecraft protection

For a long time, for the safety control of rocket launch, the range safety control system only focuses on the protection of key ground targets, and the real-time protection of space targets has not been involved in each space range. With the increasing number of low-orbit spacecraft, the ground safety control system of the range needs to further consider the on-orbit safety of low-orbit space satellites and spacecraft while protecting ground targets, so as to minimize the impact of abnormal rocket flight. In this paper, the protection timing and strategy of rocket flight space safety are analyzed and studied. The rocket flight space safety protection strategy is proposed, and the multi-source information fusion model and the maximum rising height algorithm model of rocket explosion debris are designed. Through data simulation, it is verified that the ground safety control system of the shooting range has the necessity of real-time calculation of the maximum rising height of rocket explosion debris. The wide spread of rocket explosion debris in space cannot be avoided by pre-launch space target monitoring calculation. The related space security protection related decision method and algorithm model are simple and easy to implement, and are suitable for the real-time security control decision business of the range ground security control system.
