Electric Field Simulation Analysis of a New Type of Bushing for Transformer Winding Deformation Detection

Power transformers are one of the most important electrical equipment in the power system, and their health is of great significance for the safe operation of the entire power grid. According to incomplete statistics, winding deformation is one of the most common types of transformer faults among various faults in power transformers. In order to timely and accurately detect the health status of transformer windings, this paper developed a new type of bushing based on frequency response analysis method, and conducted electric field simulation analysis to verify the feasibility of the bushing.
