It also has an appointment booking feature with which a patient can directly book an appointment with doctors, labs, or hospitals on the app. Such a solution allows the possibility to offer personalized healthcare management, increased accessibility, and more efficient operations. It also offers secure online payment for medical services. Additionally, the app includes features like AI-assisted symptom checks to help in determining potential conditions based on user-reported symptoms, and personalized recommendations for hospitals, labs, insurance, and facilities. A key feature of the app is the warning system, which sends the prescribed drugs timely reminders and informs users of stock levels, which effectively helps them. Another important feature is the AI Chatbot, which helps users with health evaluation, planning for appointments, and more.
