Industry and Education collaboration to Enhance the Practical Skills of Talents in Optoelectronic Field

The School of Optics and electronic information at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, relying on its regional advantages and the deep cooperation background with leading enterprises in the optoelectronics field, has carried out beneficial explorations in the construction of a new talent training system for industry education integration and collaborative innovation. Driven by the demand for talents in the industry, local governments, universities, and enterprises have collaborated to build two major talent training spaces on campus and in enterprises. Students can acquire theoretical knowledge in the classroom and practical training in enterprises, which is better to enhance their mobility and professions, and cultivate comprehensive and professional composite talents that better meet market demand.
