Numerical Simulation of Aerodynamic Heat and Heat Transfer of High-speed Moving Cone

In order to explore the heating and heat transfer characteristics of cone-shaped objects during high-speed flight, a simulation scheme was designed to realize the numerical simulation of aerodynamic heat generated by moving bodies during high-speed flight and the simulation of heat transfer to the interior. In this paper, a cone-shaped physical model is constructed, Ansys Fluent is used to carry out pneumatic heat simulation analysis of objects flying at different Mach numbers, fluid-structure interaction interface is set up, and the method of coupling implicit algorithm and pressure implicit operator separation method is used to obtain the aerodynamic heat distribution law of the surface of the cone flying at different speeds at high speed and the heat transfer law of aerodynamic heat to the interior at 2Ma speed.
