Analysis of Human Factors Evaluation Index System for Civil Aircraft Maintenance Access Panel

Currently, the evaluation theoretical system for human factors in civil aircraft maintenance access panels is not well-developed, making it difficult to assess and analyze. The evaluation indicators for human factors in maintenance heavily rely on human experience, making it challenging to comprehensively and accurately reflect the actual maintenance level. This can affect the efficiency of the design of maintenance access panels. This paper establishes an evaluation method system for human factors in maintenance, clarifying the main evaluation layers, sub-evaluation layers, and relevant design factors for maintenance access panels. Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, it creates a process and analysis method for evaluating human factors in maintenance access panels. Practical results show that using this index system resolves the difficulty in evaluating human factors in maintenance access panels and provides systematic theoretical support for the accuracy and comprehensiveness of human factor evaluation in the design of maintenance access panels.
