Development and Airworthiness Application of Brake System Model Based on Systems Engineering

Traditional model development methods often lack systematic consideration. Based on the principles and methods of systems engineering, combined with the actual needs of brake system model development, a complete set of brake model development process is proposed, which includes demand analysis, system design, model evaluation, airworthiness application and other phases. This process ensures that the brake model development process is systematic, normative and controllable, sequentially improving the accuracy and reliability of the model. The brake system model meeting the requirements of MOC8 engineering simulator was successfully developed which was verified by QTG (Qualification Test Guide) and was approved by pilots' subjective comments. Also it applied to airworthiness verification test.
