Numerical Simulation of Hail Impact on Fan Blade Test Piece Based on SPH Method

In order to evaluate the hail absorption ability of a fan supercharger test piece, it is planned to carry out static hail impact test on the ground test bench, and collect and record the strain data of the affected blade in real time by modifying the strain gauge and building the strain acquisition system. Considering that the hail impact test has the characteristics of complex operating system, high test risk and high cost, it is necessary to carry out numerical simulation and simulation before the test. In this paper, LS-DYNA software is used to simulate the process of hail impact on blades. The stress of the blade impacted position and the position of concern is obtained by numerical simulation, which provides data reference for the subsequent optimization of the strain gauge modification scheme and the measurement system construction scheme for the stress measurement of the hail suction test of the fan blade.
