Research on Evaluating the Effect of Institutional and Technological Innovation on Educational Productivity from the Game Theory

In the field of educational productivity, the application of various algorithms has been advancing, enabling the quantification and optimization of educational outputs. However, the current situation still has some shortcomings. Despite existing research efforts, there remain issues that cannot be perfectly addressed, such as significant disparities in educational productivity across different regions and the incomplete understanding of the spillover effects of institutional and technological innovations. This paper proposes an improved approach that integrates the non-directed super-efficiency SBM model and game theory to better analyze the spatial spillover effects of institutional innovation and technological innovation on educational productivity.This paper's novelty stems from its thorough analysis of five facets of institutional innovation: investment deregulation, trade streamlining, financial system modernization and creativity, government role transformation, and the legal framework, along with their consequences on educational efficiency. Employing the undirected super-efficiency Slacks-Based Measure (SBM) model, the research calculates provincial institutional innovation indices, highlighting substantial disparities among regions. Furthermore, the Dagum Gini coefficient is employed to quantify the gap in educational productivity, demonstrating a clear correlation between innovation and productivity growth.
