Image Analysis in Teaching Videos of Online Open Courses for Physical Education in Colleges and Universities

This study analyzes the characteristics of teaching videos in online physical education courses to identify effective production methods and teaching strategies. This study found that the teaching videos are mainly classroom recordings, and the titles are prominent in professionalism; Diversified teaching introductions and serious teaching atmosphere; Teacher images have the characteristics of being centered in position, high clothing matching degree, and direct eye contact; Teachers' explanations are clear, and demonstrations are standardized. The key finding highlights that high-quality video elements significantly enhance student engagement and learning outcomes, providing valuable insights for improving online education in this field.
