Hot Spot Focus of International Basketball Teaching Research Based on Cite Space and Implications for China’s Basketball Teaching Research

In order to explore the current situation of international basketball teaching research and provide reference for basketball teaching research in China. Bibliometric method is used to organize, validate and analyze the data of basketball teaching literature in terms of teaching and research institutions, research authors, country distribution, keywords, research hotspots, etc. Finally, relying on the knowledge map to visually present the research hotspots of international basketball teaching. Finally, it is found that: although China lags behind European and American countries in basketball teaching research, the gap is shrinking. International basketball teaching research involves psychology, nutrition, sports science and other fields, forming a multidisciplinary cross-fertilization research pattern. Team sports, sports technology analysis, sports injuries and diseases are the hot spots of the current international youth basketball teaching research. Basketball teaching research in China accounts for less in natural sciences, and the integration of psychological applications is still shallow. Therefore, we should vigorously promote the internationalization of basketball teaching in China, strengthen the interactive cooperation among various fields, pay attention to the coordinated development of natural and social sciences, and deeply integrate the application of psychology and basketball teaching.
