3D Printed Sports Glasses Based on Digital Custom Production

This paper discusses the research on the integration of 3D printing technology and digital customization into the design and production of sports glasses. Through the method of model analysis and 3D printing experiment, the developable dimensions of sports glasses were investigated. The results show that the motion performance of the glasses can be enhanced through the scene design of the glasses structure, and the structural optimization design of the frames, mirror angles and nose brackets can improve the motion performance of the glasses. These findings have important value for the eyewear industry and user experience. They could help the eyewear industry innovate their products, make them more appealing, and cater to the needs and preferences of the audience. At the same time, they fill the gap in the market for light sports glasses. This article starts from the Angle of “digital customization” and the direction of “3D printing sports glasses” to carry out a new exploration.
