Research on Shared Sleeping Cabin Service System Based on KANO Model

To reasonably satisfy the target users' needs for a convenient and scientific experience in the process of using shared sleep cabins, the user needs in the process of experiencing shared sleep cabins were analysed through the KANO model combined with the relevant service design methods. After collecting user requirements by using a user service blueprint and questionnaire survey and then classifying them, designing and distributing the KANO questionnaire, analysing and counting the attribute category of each requirement, and calculating the importance degree of each requirement through Better-Worse four-quadrant scatter plot, extracting design elements, and finally constructing the relevant service system. Practice shows that the design of a shared sleep cabin service system based on the KANO model can effectively improve the user experience, and has positive guiding significance for the design of related intelligent product service systems.
