Research on the Design of Child Care Robots Based on Child Psychology and KANO Model

With the development of technology and the change of social structure, it is urgent to balance the pressure of family and work, and child care robots focus on promoting the overall development of language, cognition and emotion. Combined with the theory of child psychology, this paper uses the KANO model and the Better-Worse coefficient to prioritize and analyze the product design strategy through the method of questionnaire survey. Clarify user needs and correlation analysis methods, implement requirements into product functions and shape design, and integrate existing product functions. This research can effectively guide product innovation and upgrading, improve user satisfaction, and provide an effective reference for subsequent product design.
