Evaluation of University Students’ Satisfaction with Teamwork in the Teaching Process

This paper discusses the division of students into teams, but it is mainly about students’ satisfaction with teamwork and their position in the team. The quantitative study was conducted for bachelor’s students. The course was implemented using the Project-Based Learning method, where students had to work out five project assignments during the semester. Project-Based Learning is a widely recognized method in contemporary education, which allows students to acquire knowledge and skills through involvement in project tasks. Among the most sought-after competencies of graduates is the ability to effectively cooperate in teams. However, differences in the level of knowledge and skills of team members often pose problems in solving project tasks, leading to suboptimal or unsuccessful results.
