Petal Picker - Automated Lotus Harvesting Boat with Robotic Arm using Image Processing

Harvesting lotuses in water bodies is a time-consuming procedure that calls for accuracy and effectiveness. This project shows a lotus harvesting boat with a robotic arm that automatically detects and gathers lotus blooms using image processing. To detect mature blossoms and guide the robotic arm for accurate plucking, the device uses computer vision techniques. Because of its autonomous navigation architecture, the boat is more efficient and requires less manual labor. This invention seeks to boost lotus farming productivity, reduce harm to aquatic habitats, and promote sustainable harvesting. To maximize harvesting processes, the suggested system combines automation, robots, and artificial intelligence.
