Research and Application of Logical Test Methods for Safety Control Equipment of Safety Grade DCS Systems in Nuclear Power Plants

In order to ensure the integrity of the logic and process function verification of the control function of the safety-specific facilities and equipment of the safety-grade DCS system of the nuclear power plant in the plant test phase, a closed-loop verification test method is proposed. The method increases the simulation equipment to realize the simulation of the field equipment, in order to achieve the verification of the whole path coverage from the operator station operation command to the field equipment and equipment feedback. At the current plant testing stage, the safety dedicated facilities and equipment control functions only to ensure that the DCS system itself output signal is normal and the acquisition signal is normal, not access to the simulation of virtual equipment for the simulation of field equipment functions. In this paper, through the research on the function and characteristics of the field equipment, the introduction of Labview simulation software to realize the field equipment model building, adopt a distributed data acquisition system, and then achieve the DCS system to the closed-loop testing of field equipment. Compared with manual testing, this method has high testing efficiency, the field equipment function can get the real simulation effect, and improves the reliability of the DCS system equipment logic test method.
