Advanced Stock Prediction with Amazon Cloud

For precise stock price forecasts, sophisticated methods are required due to the financial market's volatility and massive data inflow. The research offers a scalable, secure, and effective end-to-end stock prediction system that makes use of Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud resources. The system incorporates six essential AWS services: AWS Lambda, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon S3, Amazon CloudWatch, and AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM)-all of which make use of machine learning and serverless computing. The core component of the design is a prediction model that uses XGBoost and is hosted on Amazon SageMaker. Model is ‘trained using historical stock data. The computational layer is A WS Lambda, which communicates with SageMaker to trigger predictions in real time. While Amazon S3 guarantees dependable storage for datasets and model outputs, Amazon API Gateway offers a safe and convenient REST API for client interactions. Amazon CloudWatch is used to manage system monitoring and performance data, while A WS IAM provides strong access control. Underpinned by SageMaker's managed capabilities for model training and deployment, the research work uses cutting-edge machine learning approaches for trend analysis and prediction. With serverless computing allowing for dynamic scalability to accommodate varying workloads in financial markets, this system is built to handle real-time inference demands. The study shows how cloud-based infrastructure may simplify financial analytics by fusing accurate real-time predictions with economical resource management with this AWS-driven solution. Financial institutions, researchers, and traders may all benefit from this scalable and dependable architecture, which offers practical insights to help them deal with the intricacies of the stock market.
