Application of Digital Twin and Augmented Reality Fusion in Remote Maintenance of Complex Equipment

At present, the application of remote maintenance effect of complex equipment based on the fusion data of digital twins and augmented reality has poor accuracy. Therefore, this paper studies the application of remote maintenance effect of complex equipment of digital twins and augmented reality for this problem. The application model of remote maintenance effect of complex equipment based on data optimization of multi-digital twins and augmented reality is proposed. Firstly, principal component analysis is used to select the application index of remote maintenance effect of complex equipment based on data optimization of digital twins and augmented reality. Then through more digital twins and augmented reality fusion data optimization establish complex equipment remote maintenance effect application system, by many digital twins and augmented reality fusion data optimization of input layer and hidden layer and fusion layer node build vector index, the connection weight and threshold fusion value calculation, complete digital twins and augmented reality fusion data optimization complex equipment remote maintenance effect. The simulation experiment results show that the fusion data of digital twin and augmented reality for remote maintenance of complex equipment has the best application effect and short application time, which can effectively improve the application accuracyt.
