Research of Chatbot Script Creating Process for Digital Transport Logistics

The relevance of this study, is substantiated by the modern principles of providing transport services, which imply not only the implementation of direct transportation and related processes, but also the need for timely information support. The main goal of the study was to study the process of developing a fault-tolerant automatic service that provides any required information and online service to suppliers and consumers of cargo transportation services around the clock. Methods of search, analysis and analysis of information on the research topic were used. The study used the experience of transport companies and the results of previous initial studies. It was found, that in the business community, along with other communication channels, they prefer to use online chat to transfer information. The next step in improving the quality of communications can be an automated information transfer service. After analyzing the existing trends in the field of communication automation, the concept of software is proposed, which is an automated virtual interlocutor capable of providing information exchange between transport and logistics companies, customers and partners. The chatbots functionality includes all possible information transfer operations. A chatbots script consists of chatbots replica blocks and user intents, sequences, and conversation targets. Chatbots elements are combined with the services of transport and logistics companies, through a cross-platform package management system. As a result of the research, a draft scenario as part of the chatbot architecture is presented and described, and the problem of understanding the user's intent has been solved.
