Affective Organizational Commitment and Artificial Intelligence Strategy in the Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence, Effective Communication, and Organizational Performance

Colleges and universities around the world are dealing with new problems and unknowns as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Significant changes have taken place in Dubai's higher education system, which is known as a center for international education. In this unusual context, several essential factors for organisational success and resilience have developed. In uncertain situations, emotionally intelligent people may connect, create strong connections, and make effective judgements. this study offers an insightful and relevant contribution toward the analysis of the relationships between artificial intelligence strategy, communication, affective organizational commitment and organizational performance in the context of higher education institutions in Dubai in the post-COVID-19 world. The implications provide methodological support for the proposed conceptual framework and suggest that these factors should be viewed as strategic assets that can enhance organisational resilience and efficacy in the context of emerging challenges and risks. As the higher education institutions in Dubai and across the globe seek to recover from the impact of the pandemic, the findings and the recommendations provided in this study can help the universities to formulate the right strategies and practices that would allow them to successfully evolve and grow in the new reality. To ensure the sustainability of higher education institutions, they should focus on the development of emotional intelligence of leaders and instructors, application of meaningful communication and engagement with stakeholders, cultivation of affective commitment among employees, and proper alignment of artificial intelligence strategy and resources with the needs of the stakeholders to successfully perform the crucial roles of defining the future of education, research, and social development.
