Enhanced Graph based Approach to Detect Malicious URL

Web applications are platforms for various activities like business transactions, banking, education, entertainment, and social networking, enabling the exchange of valuable information. To mitigate the issue, the proposed research work introduces an Enhanced Graph based Malicious URL Detector (EGMUD), a novel method to detect malicious URLs. The proposed algorithm analyzes the various relevant features collected through the feature selection algorithm. This algorithm is compared with linear regression and SVM classifiers. The Experimental result shows the proficiency of the proposed system.
