AI Techniques in Leveraging Resume Screening System

A revolutionary era for resume development and screening is launched by the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resources Management (HRM). It can be challenging to find and organize competent candidates for a post, especially if there are many applications. Because the ideal applicant becomes more difficult to find quickly, this can affect the development of the team. In this article, LSTM, a deep learning (DL) algorithm, and many machine learning (ML) algorithms, such as Kneighbors classifies, SVM, random forest, random forest, naive bays, logistic regulation and XGBOOST to compare and analyze using similar dataset. With a production of 83%, this model gets the best validity with LSTM approach and maximum accuracy with XG Boost. Increased recruitment satisfaction and productivity can lead to results from recruitment using the proposed structure to filter applicants who are more favorable for job criteria.
