Research on the Application of Blockchain and Big Data Multimedia Visualization Technology in the Bidding Management of Scientific Research Projects

With the continuous advancement of information technology and the advancement of globalization, the management model of scientific research projects has gradually transformed towards digitalization, informatization and visualization. Traditional scientific research project bidding management methods often rely on tools such as documents and static emails, which are difficult to meet the requirements of modern scientific research project management and bidding processes for efficiency, transparency, and real-time communication. Multimedia visualization technology, especially the application of technologies such as big data visualization, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), provides innovative solutions for scientific research project management and bidding management. Starting from the basic process of scientific research project bidding management, this paper discusses in detail the application of multimedia visualization technology, including its role in project planning, schedule management, resource allocation, risk management, decision support and information transparency. By analyzing existing literature and actual application cases, this paper further explains how multimedia visualization technology can improve the efficiency of scientific research project management, enhance the transparency of the bidding process and optimize the decision-making process. Finally, the challenges and future development directions of the application of this technology are proposed.
