Research on Battery Life Prediction Model Based on Multi-Physical Field Coupling

This paper presents an algorithm for predicting the life of a battery based on MPF-DNN, which takes into account thermal, electric, chemical and so on. This model can accurately predict the battery life in various operating conditions based on the mathematical equation of metaphysical field coupling and deep neural network. The results show that the prediction error of MPF-DNN model is much lower than that of the conventional one. The experimental results show that MPF-DNN exceeds the traditional thermal, electrical and chemical models in terms of accuracy (MSE) and adaptability ($\mathbf{R}^{\mathbf{2}}$), which is improved by more than 20%.
